Our Interventional Radiology team can help manage a variety of conditions, including:

• Acute Ischemic Stroke — Blockage of a blood vessel supplying the brain that requires urgent treatment.
• Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) — Enlargement of the prostate that can cause difficulty urinating.
• Uterine Fibroids (Myomas) — Benign tumors of the uterus that may cause pain or abnormal bleeding.
• Gastrointestinal Bleeding — Bleeding originating from the stomach or intestines that may become life-threatening.
• Peripheral Vascular Obstruction — Blockages affecting arteries or veins in the arms or legs.
• Cerebrovascular Disorders — Conditions such as aneurysms, vascular malformations, or blockages affecting blood vessels in the brain.
• Infertility Due to Fallopian Tube Obstruction — Blocked fallopian tubes that may interfere with conception.
• Cysts or Abscesses — Collections of fluid or pus that may require image-guided drainage.
• Lumps or Masses Requiring Biopsy — Abnormal tissue that requires sampling to determine whether it is benign or malignant.
• Chronic Joint Pain — Selected cases that may benefit from minimally invasive embolization procedures.
• Long-Term Venous Access Needs — Including chemoport placement for patients requiring long-term cancer treatment.
