This service is specially designed to ensure that every patient receives the best possible experience from the beginning of their visit through to recovery.
  • Integrated Initial Assessment
    Serving as the patient's first point of contact for a thorough medical assessment before being referred to a specialist, ensuring faster and more accurate treatment.
  • Care Coordination
    Helps coordinate the course of treatment across various medical departments, ensuring patients receive a more efficient and well-directed care pathway.
  • Personal Assistance
    Patients will be supported throughout the treatment process to address medical questions, provide health education, and ensure adherence to the prescribed therapy.
  • After-care
    Conduct structured follow-up after treatment or medical procedures to ensure optimal recovery and prevent complications.
  • Focus on Patient Comfort
    Acting as a liaison between patients and the medical team to maintain clear and empathetic communication, creating a sense of safety and comfort during their stay at Royal Progress Hospital.
